Magnetic Shield

This collection aims to liberate when we wear garment in materialistic world, experimenting with characteristics of attachment and detachment by magnets beads. We are losing ourselves in materialistic society as a digital age. We don't have to wear our clothes by only one way. 

 

To visualize this concept, I brought jewelry which means luxury and extravagance and combined magnets and metal jewelry in fashion, which are able to attach and detach. I explored with changeable silhouette by magnets beads piping.

 

I experimented with structural silhouette from luxury garments and distorted printing skills with magnetic viewer film, adopting scientific approaches to expose concealed magnetic field.

Garments are transformed by magnets beads piping, and then distorted with magnetic power.

 

These show protection our inner identity from defense of extravagance in materialistic world, providing different silhouette of garments.
